Design build firm seeking an experienced Civil Designer with a minimum of 5 years’ auto cad experience. Typical tasks include preparation of site grading plans, plats, as-builts, alignment sheets, detail sheets, sketches and diagrams. Architectural experience a plus. This is a full time position with benefits. THIS IS NOT A TELECOMMUTING POSITION. No relocation assistance is available. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Candidate Requirements:

· Revit and AutoCAD - minimum of 5 years experience.

· Building knowledge - minimum of 5 years experience.

· Experience with retail and residential designs.

· Microsoft Office Suite.

· Working knowledge of construction methods, plan reading and the preparation of construction documents.

· Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced projects and deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.

· Ability to organize and maintain project record information and drawings.

· Knowledge of building codes a plus.

· Architectural license not required, but a plus.

· Must have clean driving record and ability to pass drug test.
